Participants take a test at the end of a level (e.g. at the end of A2.1 or A2.2). If the test is passed (min. 60%), the participants receive a language certificate. Otherwise, they will receive a certificate of attendance.   

Of course, participants are more than welcome to join courses which are currently running. Although we would suggest A1.1-participants join a current course no later than the 5th week after the start date, as it becomes more of a challenge to catch up with the course material.

We recommend keeping groups as homogeneous as possible, i.e. participants should have the same language level. Our years of teaching experience have shown that this is the only way to effectively support learners. In some exceptional cases more advanced learners can attend the same course; please contact us for more information. 

The time it takes to set up a course depends on the placement of the participants. Once learners have completed our placement test, they are placed in groups. In our experience, this usually takes no longer than 4 weeks. 

If the course takes place once a week for 90 minutes, a level (e.g.: A2.1) is reached after about 6-7 months. 

The rule is: the more frequent the better! However, we understand that it’s important for learners to adapt their classes to their working week. Many of our learners with a full time job study once or twice a week for 90 minutes and report a noticeable progression of their skills. Of course, intensive workshops take place more often over a shorter period of time. 

The working week can be quite busy. If your colleagues cannot attend the course and cancel it 24 hours before, we will not charge for it. 

We only offer language courses on-site at the company or online. This save participants’ time and the attendance is usually more constant. In addition, in-house language courses promote a sense of community among teams. 

We recommend a group size of up to 10 participants. This way we can maintain the good quality of our courses. Teachers can respond to each participant individually and accompany them intensively on their way to success.

Yes, we charge 5€ per journey.
